Home Buying Process

Connect with a REALTOR®... me

You deserve a REALTOR® who listens, communicates clearly, and fights for the best outcome. I combine local market insight with thoughtful negotiation to ensure my clients feel informed, supported, and well represented from start to finish.

Get Pre-Approved for a mortgage

Get pre-approved for a mortgage. A pre-approval letter shows seller and agents that you’re a serious buyer who can get financing. It also serves as our compass to navigate the market within your budget.

Start house hunting

With an established budget, we will discuss your preferences, wants vs. needs and desired location. Review listings together, narrow down the favourites and schedule viewings.

Make an Offer & Negotiate

Once you’ve found “the one,” I’ll help you craft a competitive offer based on current market conditions. I’ll also negotiate terms to ensure you get the best possible deal.

Work through conditions

Once your offer is accepted, I’ll guide you through completing your conditions; financing, inspection, insurance, and deposit, on time and with confidence.

Closing day - Finalize & Celebrate

After the deal is firm, I handle the coordination with your lender and lawyer. We’ll complete a final walkthrough, and once closing is confirmed, I’ll hand you the keys.
