JJ introduced me to a person at RBC that supported my transfer from TD to RBC. He offered an excellent person that took care of our needs from end to finish This included our mortgage, line of credit and bank accounts. I had complete trust in JJ which supported my complete trust in the person he suggested.

After knowing JJ for years and knowing how much of a hard worker he is, there was no doubt in my mind he would sell my house quickly! I was not wrong! My house sold on the first visit and offer, could not have asked for a smoother transaction. He answered all of my questions and concerns very quickly to keep my mind at ease! Would recommend to anyone in the greater Moncton area to sell or buy with JJ!! 5 stars! 10/10 service.

JJ Poulin was the best realtor I could have hoped for! He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, very professional, went above and beyond to cover the cost of a couple of plumbing issues, and even fixed a piece of loose siding himself! I did not have a car at the time and he picked me up for an extensive number of showings! JJ Poulin will give you the best service as a realtor!

JJ was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I had a million questions and he answered every one. Attention to detail and superior communication are very important to me...and with JJ I felt super comfortable asking anything. He was always very responsive. I shared my anxiety at different steps along the way....and he was always patient and reassuring. I really appreciate that he understood what a big deal this was for me and my family! I highly recommend JJ...and we would absolutely go through him again....he helped us find a really sweet spot where we hope to stay for quite a while but I will definitely reach out to him when it's time. :-) Thanks, JJ!

JJ has been a great addition to our neighbourhood, although I haven’t used him for his realtor expertise he has been the absolute best neighbour you could possibly have and carries himself with the utmost professionalism and is very respectful of others . He is very intelligent and continues to learn everyday and is on the leading edge of technology to help aid in the quickly changing market, not just “your fathers” realtor !
